HOW DOES CUSTOM ORDER WORK?

Are you looking for a unique piece of jewellery? We can help you bring your ideas to life. 

Here’s the process we will follow to create your custom order:

Step 1: Get inspired - You can look at the gallery at the bottom of this page or scroll through our website to get some inspiration. Look everywhere for ideas and use your imaginations. When you know what you want, contact us for an initial consultation. If you’re struggling for inspiration, we can help channel your ideas and design a piece together.

Step 2: Contact us -  Once you have an idea for your unique piece, contact us, and we’ll discuss the design together. We can discuss your ideas, budget and choice of materials. We can work with silver and gold and incorporate precious stones and gemstones, including diamonds. 

Step 3: Just relax - Once we have agreed on your design, we will create your unique piece. Please allow between 3-4 weeks for each custom order. We will contact you when your custom order is ready.

Melting gold & silver

We can melt your old gold or silver and use it to create a new, custom made design for you. You can schedule an appointment and bring your old jewellery or send it to us (we recommend using a recorded delivery service). Don't forget to insure your package! 

Before creating your new piece, we will test the material of your old jewellery to assess its quality and suitability.
