Delivery and Returns

mòRe makes most of the Jewellery to order, so your piece will be sent within 3 - 4 weeks from the time of ordering. Unless we can send it earlier, in this case we will inform you.
If the piece is available on order it will dispatch the next working day.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £ 100


UK Delivery

mòRe products are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed services.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail are currently not asking for signatures upon delivery for health & safety reasons. Please make sure you are at home to receive the package.

Please give us a shout if you have a tight deadline. We are really rather lovely and would like to help if we can!


International delivery

We can deliver your handmade goodies to you wherever you are in the World.

International packages will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked and signed for service.

Shop as normal and an accurate price for shipping will be calculated when you go through our secure checkout.

There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that MòRe is not liable for.

Delivery to EU countries will take 5 to 8 working days.

Delivery to any other country will take 7 to 9 working days.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on most of our items (please see below for restrictions). If you are unhappy with your purchase we ask you contact us via email at luca@morethanjewel.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, and choose from either a refund or exchange.

Please note all jewellery must be returned in a pristine re-saleable condition with its original box, packaging and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. We will only be able to process a refund once the item has arrived back with us. We are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

Please note, the return is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. If you are returning goods from outside of the EU you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS” stating that the products are being returned because they are either unwanted or faulty.

You must return your purchase within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if you do not return your purchase within 14 days of notifying us of your request.

mòRe will not refund shipping costs unless there was a fault with the item. Any fault must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty goods

All items are handmade, customers should be aware that this means there may be variations between matching items. Colours of natural gemstones vary, and we cannot guarantee an exact match to the images on this website.

We quality control each piece before it leaves the studio.

Please note, We will not refund or exchange the products if any damage is incurred by the customer. This includes any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear.

Tarnishing or discolouration of silver or gold plated jewellery is not classed as a fault. All silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time. Tarnishing is not a fault and there are steps that can be taken to ensure your jewellery does not tarnish, please see our JEWELLERY CARE section for details on this. 

In the event that an item is faulty we want to fix the problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will offer to repair or replace the faulty jewellery. Or you can choose from a refund or exchange.

Please send the item back in its original packaging, posted in a padded envelope.

As with all returns we can only process a refund once the jewellery has arrived back with us.
